  We are looking for any information on the parents and grandparents of Henry Albert Pursel, born abt 1808 - 9 - 10? born - maybe - in Butler Co. Ohio. We know we are of the Thomas line and his grt grt grandfather was Thomas who married Hanna Hall. Please help!

  I am looking for records of a James Pursell or Percel who moved from Georgia to Alabama about 1900 and married my great grandmother Sarah Eugenia (Jeanie) Ragsdale in Cullman, Alabama. They later divorced or he died, and records were lost in a courthouse fire, and we never knew James. If anyone knows of his records, please contact me at spanman1@sbcglobal.net. Thanks.
