The discussion groups on the Purcell Family of America (PFA) website are available to the public.  No membership with the PFA is necessary.  However a free account is necessary to use the discussion groups.

How To Create Your Free Account

To create your free PFA account, please visit the account creation page.  Please provide a desired username (such as your first initial and last name), your primary e-mail account, and password.  You will receive an e-mail immediately confirming your e-mail account.  Please click on the link provided in the e-mail to activate your account.  If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your Spam or Junk mail box.

How To Log In

Once you have created your account, you may log in by visiting the login page.

How To Read Discussions & Posts

To read various posts in the discussion group, click on the title of the first discussion group (titled "General  Discussion").  Then, click on a specific topic in the list that follows.  You can then read the entire discussion.

Replying To or Adding To a Topic Or Discussion

To add your comments to a discussion, you must first be logged in.  Navigate to the specific discussion you want to add to, and click the link that says "Post Reply".  Fill in the box that describes your reply and click the Post Reply button.  If you want to being your reply by quoting what another post has said, click on the link that says "Quote" below the post.

Posting A New Topic or Question 

To post a new topic or question to the discussion group, you must first be logged in.  From the main Discussion Groups page, click on the specific discussion group / forum you are interested in (e.g. "General Discussion").  Then click the link that says "Post New Topic or Question".

Discussion Group Policies 

Please be courteous in all online communication.  PFA reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove posts from the discussion group.  Accounts posting negative or offensive content will be terminated.
