My g-g-grandfather Emmanuel Persell (Pursell) was born in 1824 in Bainsville, Muskingdon Co., Ohio. He later moved to Tazewell, Ill. and is recorded there in the 1860 and 1870 census. He eventually moved to Grundy Co. Mo. where he died in 1906. His wife's name was Eliza Shoup. His parent's were born in New Jersey. Any information out there?
